Compare this image taken at the same time of the previous rainbow images i posted last month, those were taken using a Canon 5d, this one was taken using a Mamiya with Porta400 film. In my opinion, the depth and color in the film blows away the digital images,

These two pictures are of Bryan Dickerson, one in the pocket at Fort Point and the other milking it in Costa Rica. The Fort Point photo was taken with a cheap chinnon 35mm camera using Kodak Gold and it has been published a handful of times in magazines on three continents. The Costa shot is just seeing the light of the monitor.

Here is a picture of Marc Andreini with my replacement log. I ordered this board to replace my 10 year old 9'8" square tail log, belly to the nose with a concave at the nose the board is still in relatively good condition but the deck is in bad shape. The new board is also 9'8", but with a full belly and its a pintail. Look forward to giving it a go.
